First off, the official map for this tournament will be: Bigger Bloodier Bath. (If there is a problem let me know.)Also, I understand it will be hard to get 6 members, meaning 2 teams on all at 1 time so we are gonna try to get this going the 2nd week of October. Your team is allowed to have 1 cancelation meaning you can participate as long as you have 2 members. I am not promising you that you will be stuck in a 2v2 that depends on your opponent if they will be fair and play a 2v2 dropping 1 of their members for that game only. If more than 2 guys miss the game with out both letting Me know ahead of time (and not 5 minutes ahead of time, more like a day)then your team will forfeit and lose the game. This also brings up another thing: What are we to do if both teams are missing 2 guys and are to be forfeited? Well, I am thinking maybe that both teams will be placed to another teams game so say Jesters Team and My team are next in line and your team and ur opponents team both are not eligible to play this game. Then Your team will be placed on 1 of the teams and if they win you win, and Vise versa.(This isn't a final decision just a thought.) The games will not have a set time, i will see when the members of 2 teams can be on during that week and then i will watch them play or one of the designated refs will(Our "refs" will most likely be Me, Jester, Kicka$$, ET, and maybe a few other guys who will volunteer to be a ref in this tournament) Now, I know i left some things out so if you have any questions E-mail Me,-LorD-(SpheRe), and the Other High Council members at the clan e-mail address which is: [email protected] if you have MSN messenger then add that e-mail address and I do believe that i am the ponly operator of that e-mail address who uses MSN Messenger so If you see if you ask a question it will most likely be me answering. Anyways, Last but not least: HAVE FUN and try your hardest to make it there for your teams game.
